I added Savvy Circle, but I don't see the Savvy Circle button.
In many cases, your bookmark toolbar is probably hidden. Depending on your browser you need to choose to display your browser toolbars. Instructions for each browser are below:
I installed Firefox 3 and now it doesn't work. What do I do?
Firefox 3 requires more secure updates for their plugins. We have applied to post our plugin
on Firefox's website, but for now, you have two options, you can download the new sandbox plugin
or you can make the following changes to your browser to get
Savvy Circle working. These changes should not affect anything in your browser, but if it does,
just find the changes and you can delete them.
If you do not feel comfortable making these changes you can use the bookmark link instead. Just go
here to learn how to add it.

about:config into your Firefox address bar.extension.checkCompatibility and set the value to false.extensions.checkUpdateSecurity and set the value to false.I got a message saying, "It looks like the page you're trying to save is not a product details page. Please go to the specific product you want then hit the Savvy Circle button." Why?
In order to store products, you need to view the specific product details page for the product you are interested in. You will see this message if you are on a browse page or the homepage of a site. Make sure you click on the actual product to view the details page then click on the Savvy Circle button.
I got a message saying, "You need to log into Savvy Circle before you add items."
We need you allow cookies in your browser in order to use Savvy Circle. If you're not sure how to enable cookies, here are some instructions:

I saved an item, but I don't see it in my shopping list.
Sites will sometimes hide their prices so sites like ours can't get you good deals. In these cases, the site will ask you to click on a link to see the new price or add it to your shopping cart first. Unfortunately, these tactics work and sometimes we are unable to save these types of products right now. We're working night and day to figure out a way around these little scheme.
I have a N/A as the price. What does that mean?
A N/A means that we were unable to get a price for this item. This most likely means that the site hides their prices and we were unable to capture a price. We'll keep checking to see if they do display a price and update the item in your shopping list.
What does a Not Available price mean?
When an item price shows Not Available, this means the product is not longer available in the store. In this case, you may want to remove the product from your shopping list.
I don't want to install anything.
Don't worry, you can still use Savvy Circle. Just go to the download page and click on the link below the Download Plugin button that says, "Don't want to install anything? Click here for more options." This will give you instructions on how to add Savvy Circle to your toolbar.
